Defensive driving is a type of driving that keeps you away from other drivers and the problems/incidents that they create. It's a thought about intellectual approach that helps you save fuel, brakes, tyres, time and more importantly - lives.

 

You might simply be out for a leisurely drive, or rushing to an urgent appointment; whatever the reason for your journey, adopting a defensive driving approach will reduce stress, save money and get you there in one piece - and more often than not, get you there quicker!

 

Our Defensive driving course will introduce you to these techniques and teach you how to apply them in all aspects of your driving. This will enhance your chances of staying away from the common accidents that happen all too often on today’s roads.  Town centres, rural roads or motorways are all covered as required to maximise your defences in all areas that you might drive.

How long does it take?

Full days or half days are available; we recommend one to one training so the instructor can concentrate on the specific training needs of the individual driver for maximum benefit, especially on the half day. Two to one can work well on the full days training as it is a long time driving for one person. Courses to suit all budgets.

 

 

What do I need to provide?

A suitable, legal and road worthy vehicle that is fully insured for the intended purpose. All drivers must be insured and suitably licensed for the category of vehicle to be used for any training and if it is required for the instructor to give a demonstration drive the vehicles insurance will need to cover this.

 

 

 

Where does this happen?

We can operate from most areas of the UK via arrangement and have a number of instructors based throughout the UK

 

If preferred we can meet mutually at home or a place of work as required.
